Lawrence co-founded the social strategy agency Shilbrook Associates and is co-author of simplysucceed. He has deep experience of helping businesses engage with their audiences, both internal and external. Lawrence has been working in the field of digital engagement since the mid-1990s, from online gaming to branded communities and corporate intranets – supporting more than 20 organisations.
Marc has consulted at a senior level for British Airways, American Express, Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group, Royal Sun Alliance and Tetra Pak. He is the publisher of simply-communicate the website read by over 15,000 professional communicators each month. He is editor of The Gower Handbook of Internal Communication and is former President of the Europe and Middle East Region of the International Association of Business Communicators.
Peter has helped many membership organisations, charities and publishers to rethink their business models, and train their staff for online engagement. They include the National Trust, the Football Association, Sustrans, the Caravan Club and the British Medical Association, as well as commercial organizations including the R&D department of a FTSE 100 company and We Are Social, a web marketing and social agency. Peter co-founded Shilbrook Associates with Lawrence Clarke in 2012 and is co-author of simplysucceed.
Adrienne’s experience in digital transformation, enterprise collaboration, integrated communications, engagement and business change spans EMEA, Asia/Pacific and the US. Her track record encompasses senior management roles in the professional, telecoms and financial services sectors (Andersen / Accenture, Allen & Overy, BT Plc, Chubb, Financial Conduct Authority) as well as account director roles in the agency arena (Adidas, Barclays, BBC Worldwide, G4S, Sony, Unilever). She led the launch of Chubb’s global Jive social collaboration platform across 29 countries.
